Were looking for a IT Support Specialist to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the IT consulting sector for a banking project. Key Responsibilities:Provide first- and second-level technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents following IT service management processes.Install, configure, and maintain user workstations, operating systems, and standard applications.Support enterprise systems and business applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, incidents, and solutions in the ticketing system.Provide technical training and guidance to end users to promote self-service and productivity.Collaborate with IT teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and systems.Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and data protection regulations. Requirements:6 months - 1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.Troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.).Familiarity with networking principles and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) is an advantage.Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage and resolve user issues effectively.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Good organizational and documentation skills for tracking issues and maintaining support procedures.Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
