Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Duty Manager for the Almyra Hotel.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo liaise with all Heads of departments to deliver a 360 degree guests experience on their absence .To supervise all the departments during the afternoon for their smooth operation.To assist and work with all other hotel departments and heads of departments to ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.To perform daily property inspections.To have complete knowledge of the operational systems of all departments in order to be able to assist.To actively obtain feedback from guests to improve services and facilities.To ensure the team is fully able to perform its jobs to the highest standards and according to the Hotels specifications.To ensure that the environmental initiatives are adhered to in the workplace and to participate in community activities and programs.To understand the impact of guests services on the overall property financial goals and objectives.Report direct to General Hotel Manager.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position at a 5* HotelBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Computer Literate.Excellent knowledge of English.
