You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the features are built around clear requirements, they are aligned with product strategy and meet the needs of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new featuresTranslate business needs into detailed functional specificationsParticipate in discovery and scoping sessions with customers, contributing to feasibility assessments.Review change requests and prepare them for grooming sessions with the teamPrepare product requirements documentation, flow diagrams, and interface definitions.Maintain the product requirements knowledge baseSupport Product Managers with planning and prioritization.Validate implemented features against requirements and facilitate user-acceptance testing.Track issues, risks, and dependencies throughout the product development lifecycle.Requirements3+ years of experience in business analysis or product analysis roles, preferably in fintech/payments.Strong understanding of payments landscape, enterprise software development principles, system integration patterns.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in requirements management for complex enterprise softwareAbility to document and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, Miro, Figma, draw.io, Postman, or similar.Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in payments is a plus.What We OfferA dynamic and collaborative environment within a growing fintech company.Opportunities to work with modern technologies and impactful products.A chance to shape how we define and deliver our products.Competitive salary.Flexibility in work arrangements and a supportive, knowledgeable team.
