The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating client service requests, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods. The role requires regular interaction with clients, the ability to work from customer premises when needed, close coordination with internal teams, and oversight of the complete shipping services process.We Can Offer You The Following Tasks And ResponsibilitiesReceive and review service requests from clients, for all the services related with Everllence portfolio and ensure that all service requests are accurately documented and properly initiated.Responsible to offer the quotation based on service request and execute the order and invoicing by internal cooperation with relevant service HubsAct as the primary point of contact for clients , providing updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations regarding their service requests.Maintain clear and responsive communication with clients throughout the service process.Collaborate with internal teams, such as Everllence Hubs worldwide, Everllence Workshops, logistics, warehouse, and transportation, to plan and execute service requests.To address the Technical questions to the responsible person/department (e.g Project coordinator, Technical Superintendent etc) and to ensure the prompt update/reply.Plan shipping routes by having a good communication with the involved parties (Sales Coordinator, Shipping, Retrofit dpt etc) in order to combine spare parts and service request on time.Collaborate through Everllence Network/service points to prepare all necessaries documentation prior, during and after service attendance (visas, preliminary reports, final reports etc)Update ERP and CRM platform and any internal tool, list may requested.Responsible for the Ticketing system within organization.Follow up Customer Statement of accountAddress any challenges or issues that arise during the service process, such as delays, damages, or changes to service requests.You Can Help Us With These QualificationsBachelor's degree in Maritime Studies ,logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.Experience in service coordination within the shipping or logistics industry.Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Flexibility to travel for the trainingsGood Microsoft skillsExcellent command of Greek and English language, oral and writtenTeam Player Approachable, cooperative & friendlyAbility to multitask and deliver results in a timely mannerBenefits & Learning OpportunitiesMedical & Life insurance schemeContinuously trainingSeveral days off for examinations, blood donation, educational leave, compassionate leavePossibility of hybrid working modelIn addition to the above, we offer you a fun and challenging job in a driven and exciting environment.
