TrioMarkets is expanding its international footprint and is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team.About the Role Were seeking a results-driven B2B professional with strong communication and negotiation skills to help us grow our global network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), trading educators, and affiliate partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and understands the online trading industry.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, contact, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners.Build long-term relationships with trading schools, academies, and financial communities.Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures.Manage ongoing communication and performance of partners.Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize partner performance.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Forex, CFD, or financial services.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Strong understanding of the trading ecosystem and partner models (IB, affiliate, educator).Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Based in Cyprus or open to remote work.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commissions.Dynamic international environment.Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding global brokerage.
