You will unify Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships into one high-performing ecosystem that drives measurable revenue growth, market expansion, and brand trust.This role is central to shaping FNmarkets position as a competitive global brokerage ensuring every acquisition, retention, and partnership initiative contributes directly to sustainable profitability. You will blend strategy, leadership, and execution to deliver on our commercial ambitions while embedding a culture of data-driven accountability, cross-departmental collaboration, and continuous performance excellence.How Youll Make An ImpactCommercial Vision & Market LeadershipDefine and lead FNmarkets overall commercial vision, growth roadmap, and market positioning across all regions.Translate business objectives into integrated commercial strategies and quarterly execution plans.Align marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives to ensure unified and measurable growth outcomes.Revenue & Growth StrategyBuild and optimize multi-channel acquisition and retention funnels to drive FTDs, conversions, and lifetime value.Integrate Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Partnership teams into a cohesive revenue engine.Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI to maintain growth with profitability discipline.Identify emerging market opportunities, product-marketing initiatives, and partnership expansions to accelerate global reach.Brand & Positioning LeadershipStrengthen FNmarkets brand identity and voice across digital, regional, and industry ecosystems.Develop creative and communication frameworks that reinforce trust and recognition in global markets.Leverage performance marketing, digital campaigns, and data analytics to enhance engagement and acquisition outcomes.Partnerships, Affiliates & Institutional GrowthScale IB, affiliate, influencer, and institutional partnerships that directly impact revenue generation.Oversee the development of CPA/rebate models, loyalty programs, and partnership strategies that sustain long-term relationships.Expand market presence by developing commercial relationships with key external partners and strategic institutions.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and align the commercial leadership team across regions toward unified performance goals.Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and measurable accountability.Collaborate closely with the Head of Business to convert strategy into tangible commercial outcomes.What You Bring8-10 years of experience in the Forex / CFD brokerage industry, including at least 3 years in a senior commercial or leadership role.Proven success in driving revenue growth through integrated marketing, sales, and partnership ecosystems.Strong command of client acquisition metrics CAC, LTV, FTD and their impact on brokerage P&L.Deep understanding of IB, affiliate, and influencer programs with demonstrated partnership-building capability.Proficiency in performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and conversion optimization.Experience leading cross-regional teams and managing commercial execution in global markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence.Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred (not mandatory for exceptional candidates).Your X-FactorSees beyond numbers understands the story behind data and converts insights into strategy.Operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, building systems that scale sustainably.Leads with clarity, collaboration, and precision, driving cross-functional teams toward common goals.Balances speed and discipline ensuring every growth initiative is both impactful and measurable.Your Pay & PerksMonthly salary range: Negotiable.Your Journey after ApplyingTA InterviewTake Home Case AssignmentProblem Solving InterviewBar Raiser InterviewPeople Management & Hiring InterviewWhy Join NEXTAt NEXT Ventures, we believe the right talent fuels breakthrough innovation.
