Pay CC is a cutting-edge payment solution provider, specifically tailored for high-risk industries. We are looking for a Payments Support Agent to join our rapidly growing team in Cyprus. Main Responsibilities:· Provide technical support to merchants, addressing enquiries related to payment solutions, integrations, and technical issues.· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions.· Assist clients in the seamless integration of payment solutions, including card processing, APMs, and Open Banking.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support. · Demonstrate an understanding of API documentation.· Work closely with clients to guide them through the integration process.· Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and provide technical support.· Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment solutions.· Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and workflows for improved efficiency.Qualifications:· Proven experience in customer support, particularly in the payments industry.· Understanding of API documentation and integration processes.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:· Familiarity with Payneteasy or PaymentIQ.· Ability to read, analyze, log and troubleshoot technical issues in the payment system.Perks: · Opportunity to grow with a dynamic fast paced startup.· Collaborative and innovative work environment.· Competitive salary depending on your experience.· Competitive salary depending on your experience.· Continuous opportunity for growth and career development.· Team building activities.
