About The RoleHours (shift pattern): Monday to Friday 9am-5pmNational Travel RequiredAdditional hours, including evenings and nights may be requiredWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our community-based nursing team. This is an exceptional Central Auckland-based opportunity to oversee crucial clinical support to patients and their Whanau in the comfort of their own homes.With responsibility for a dedicated team of RNs, HCAs and ENs, and supported by two Team Leaders, you will oversee an environment that prioritises patient care, ensuring staff have the time and resources to make a real difference in people's lives. You will ensure strong relationships are built and maintained, whilst being supported by an organisation that has been at the forefront of community health services for over 25 years.With a vehicle provided, you take on responsibility for essential healthcare services to the community, including health assessments and interventions.
