Our next phase of growth is anchored on building a comprehensive B2B ecosystem - spanning SME lending, payments, banking services, insurance, remittances, and embedded finance partnerships.We are now seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and execution-driven Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead this journey.Your MissionAs CPO, you will own the vision and strategy for Renmoney's B2B product ecosystem, enabling SMEs, corporates, fintechs, and partner institutions to thrive. You will lead the design and execution of solutions that combine lending, payments, insurance, remittances, and value-added services into a seamless ecosystem.You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, CRO, and other senior leaders to deliver profitable growth, customer impact, and regulatory compliance.What You'll DoStrategy & VisionDefine and execute the B2B product ecosystem strategy, aligning with Renmoney's commercial and regulatory prioritiesTranslate business opportunities into scalable roadmaps covering SME lending, payments, embedded finance, and partnershipsEnsure products are regulatory-compliant, profitable, and customer-centricProduct Development & DeliveryLead the development of tailored financial products for SMEs, corporates, and ecosystem partnersIntegrate AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve risk management, efficiency, and user experienceBuild seamless onboarding, servicing, and engagement experiences for partnersPartnerships & Ecosystem BuildingForge and manage partnerships with fintechs, telcos, insurers, remittance providers, and aggregatorsDrive cross-sell, bundled, and embedded finance opportunities that expand partner and SME valueNegotiate strong commercial terms that balance growth, risk, and profitabilityPerformance ManagementOwn key metrics: SME adoption, revenue growth, cost-to-income, partner satisfaction, and portfolio performanceCollaborate with Risk, Finance, and Collections to ensure strong unit economics, risk-adjusted returns, and sustainabilityRequirements8-10+ years of overall product experience, including at least 5 years in product leadership roles within SME banking, fintech, or B2B ecosystemsProven ability to scale SME or B2B-focused financial products in Nigeria or similar marketsStrong grasp of Nigeria's SME and corporate finance landscape (competition, regulation, distribution)Experience negotiating and managing ecosystem partnerships and commercial contractsAbility to connect product strategy directly to P&L outcomes (CAC, LTV, revenue, cost-to-income)Demonstrated success in building and leading multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsMBA or advanced degree preferred but not mandatoryBenefitsA unique opportunity to build Nigeria's most comprehensive B2B ecosystemCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesPension scheme, health cover, and wellness benefitsA collaborative and high-growth environmentReal impact — helping SMEs and businesses thrive across Nigeria
