Our mission is to offer technical expertise and project support across the full product lifecycle from design and commissioning to operations and optimization.To strengthen our industrial operations team, we are currently looking for a Plant / Production Supervisor (m/f/d) for one of our key biopharma projects in the field of bioconjugate production. The role offers a dynamic environment within a cross-functional team driving process excellence, quality, and technical progress on site.Your ResponsibilitiesParticipate in project planning and engineering phases to ensure all technical requirements are met for successful production campaigns.Oversee and coordinate production campaigns, ensuring operational continuity, safety, and compliance including on-call availability outside of normal working hours.Prepare and manage cGMP-compliant production documentation in collaboration with the plant lead, R&D, and process biotechnology teams.Provide technical instructions and production-specific training to operators during manufacturing activities.Monitor strict adherence to operating procedures and batch records, intervening in case of deviations.Support internal communication and knowledge exchange within the operations group.Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment, procedures, and processes following Lean Six Sigma, 6S, and Kaizen principles while upholding safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality standards.Your ProfileCompleted technical education or engineering degree (apprenticeship, higher technical examination, Bachelor, or Master).Experience in production of chemical, biotechnological, or food industry products is an advantage.Ideally, first experience in an ISO and/or GMP-regulated production environment.Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ease with digital systems.Fluent in German (spoken and written) with good command of English.Willingness to perform on-call duties (pikettdienst).Join Techfirm Industrial Services and contribute your expertise in a high-impact production environment where innovation meets precision.We are looking forward to receiving your application !Your Techfirm Team
