We attract ambitious individuals who operate in unique ways while upholding exceptional craftsmanship and excellence.JOB MISSIONThe Product Development Assistant, Womenswear plays a crucial role in supporting the Product Developer Womenswear, facilitating seamless communication, coordination, and documentation to ensure the smooth execution of product development processes.THE ROLEThe Product Development Assistant, Womenswear will be responsible for:Managing proto hand off / collection hand off with design office.Prototypes and samples launches to vendors.Managing shipment of raw materials (fabrics and trims) from our warehouse to vendors.Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) containing all the correct and required information for each product and liaising with suppliers when needed.Supporting the product developer in all activities related to womenswear product development and vendors relationship management.Following products till preproduction fitting working closely with industrialization and production team.SKILLS/REQUIREMENTSA minimum of 3 years of experience in Womenswear Product Development, preferably in a luxury environment.Motivated self-starter with very strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent communicator; highly organized with time management skills and an appropriate sense of urgency.Ability to work in a team environment, build trusted relationships with internal teams and vendors.Ability to be flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment and being part of a global team.Availability to travel to vendors frequently.Ability in Microsoft Excel and PLM.Fluent in English & Italian (any other language will be considered a plus).WHAT WE OFFER YOUHighly competitive payComprehensive benefits packageCompany uniformDiverse and inclusive working environmentCareer progression and development programs
