In addition, dnata welcomes its valued passengers in the marhaba lounges at Geneva and Zurich airports.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person in the Training as Training Officer* (80%) at Zürich Airport (Kloten) ZRH.Your responsibilitiesDevelop and manage departments training plans in the area of Passenger Services and Cargo Services. Ensure accuracy and on time updates of the mandatory training documentation, e.g. syllabus, methodology, handouts, tests and check listsSelect and provide technical and Subject Matter Supervision and support for the departments trainersMaintains close collaboration and strong communication with the internal and external stakeholders across the dedicated business areas and ensure regular feedback between operational departments and training teamActively participate in the risk and quality assessments and if required, report on critical KPIs related to regulatory and mandatory trainingMaintain training inventory.
