We are passionate about creating exceptional shopping experiences that blend world-class hospitality with Bahamian luxury.The OpportunityWere looking for a Purchasing Manager with strong analytical and organizational skills to oversee our purchasing department across multiple retail locations. This person will use sales history and established budgets to guide future buys, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the seamless flow of merchandise from purchase order to store arrival.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze sales by store, brand, and category to forecast demand and plan purchases within budget.Oversee the full purchasing cycle from PO creation to shipment, receiving, and vendor payment.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.Track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.Partner with finance to reconcile invoices, manage budgets, and maintain accurate reporting.Build dashboards and reports to monitor sell-through, inventory levels, and purchasing KPIs.Monitoring and coordination of product movement and replenishment with Boutique locations.Qualifications47 years in purchasing, procurement, or retail buying (multi-store or multi-brand preferred).Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XMATCH, SUMIFS).ERP experience (SAP Business One, or similar).Excellent vendor negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills.Deep understanding of fashion cycles, designer brands, and product assortments.Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred.Experience in resort, luxury, or apparel/accessories retail preferred.Based in (or willing to relocate to) Nassau, BahamasWhat Success Looks LikeTimely, accurate shipments and few invoice discrepancies.Improved sell-through and inventory efficiency.Reliable, data-driven purchasing reports and insights.
