We know that our products make a real difference to our clients and their families.The Role | As the Claims Processor, your primary duties will include, but not limited to, performing all functions related to the processing of Group Life claims in accordance with the group life contract. Performing all functions related to subrogation of claims in accordance with group policy. Manage life claims processing and claims subrogation, ensuring accurate and efficient processing in compliance with insurance regulation. Liaise with the Group Administrator, Compliance and Legal Departments to resolve claim related issues. Liaise with third parties to complete subrogation processThe Person | To be the ideal candidate you must have a minimum of 5 years Group life claims processing experience and knowledge of interpretation of group life contracts. You should have achieved LOMA or HIAA courses or its designations FLMI, ALHC. You should possess the ability to apply ICD-10 codes to claims payments, demonstrate good customer service and organisational skills, work under pressure and multi-task and have strong English and Math skills.
