On behalf of our client, a leading broker, we are looking for a Back Office Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Performs daily monetary routines, including processing clients’ deposit and withdrawal requests, and regularly reconciles and updates recordsReviews and verifies client financial details and transaction records to ensure compliance with AML requirementsConducts risk assessments of client monetary transactions to identify potential fraud or related issues and takes necessary actionAssists in maintaining smooth global operations of the team and actively participates in cross-department collaborationLiaises with external money processors and banks to handle transaction issues and disputesImplements Know Your Client (KYC) procedures effectively for all potential and existing clientsWorks closely with the compliance and internal audit departments and prepares various regulatory reports related to back-office operationsPrepares daily reconciliation reportsJob Requirements: Degree or related qualification in Accounting/Finance will be considered an advantageAt least 1 year experience in financial services industryFluent in English.
